  1. Do not smoke.
     

  2. Moderate your alcohol consumption.
     

  3. Increase your daily intake of fresh fruits and vegetables, eat high-fiber cereals often.
     

  4. Avoid excess weight, increase your physical activity and limit the consumption of foods high in fat.
     

  5. Avoid overexposure to the sun and sunburn, especially during childhood. 
     

  6. Strictly enforce regulations aimed at exposure to known carcinogens.
     

  7. See a doctor if you notice a lump, a sore that is not healing (including in the mouth), a mole that changes shape, size or color and then abnormal bleeding.
     

  8. Consult a doctor if you have persistent problems such as cough or hoarseness, changes in bowel habits, urinary problems, or unexplained weight loss.
     

  9. practice vaginal smears for (women) at regular intervals and participate in mass screening campaigns for cervical cancer.
     

  10. Examine the breasts regularly. From the age of 50, we  must participate in the mass mammography screening campaign.
